Setback is regarded as the stumbling stone that make us depressed and frustrated. But it is not useless for solving the problem that we are dwelling on depression. If we are  calm enough in the front of the setback, we can attack it positively and directly and anaylse why bad affairs happened and what lead us to a wrong way. So, in another point of viwe, setback is a kind of alarm that help us find the weak points and a kind of a opportunity that we can go back to the right way.

In the journey of our lives,setbacks play an important part .We can learn a lot from them.
So,every time we come across setbacks,we should face them bravely  and try hard to deal with them. Only in this way can we improve ourselves!
